Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 28 calendar days from the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Return requests made after 28 calendar days from delivery may not qualify for approval.

- The bag arrived damaged.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You received an incorrect item.
- You changed your mind after receiving the order.
- The item is no longer wanted or does not meet your preference.
Sale or promotional items follow the same return requirements unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- The return request must be submitted within 28 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, dust bags, straps, inserts, and included accessories must be returned where applicable.
- The item must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage.
- Proof of purchase or a valid Allurbag order number must be provided.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined for refund approval.
Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, please contact us at support@allurbag.shop to request return authorization.
Please do not return items to our business address.
After your request is reviewed, approved returns will receive instructions by email, including the correct return address and any required return steps.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
Store-Fault Returns
If your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item.
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
If your return is approved because of an error on our part, Allurbag will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Customer Preference Returns
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
The original shipping charge of $15.00 USD is non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Allurbag does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To choose another style, color, or product, you may return an eligible item under this policy and place a separate order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bags that have been used, worn, stained, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without required tags, packaging, dust bags, straps, inserts, or included accessories where applicable.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, storage, or care.
- Return requests submitted more than 28 calendar days after delivery.
- Gift cards, if offered by Allurbag.
- Personalized or customized items, if offered by Allurbag.
Refund Process
After your return is received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions listed in this policy.
We will notify you by email once the review is complete and let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Your payment provider or financial institution may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method for security reasons.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund has not appeared after the expected processing period, please:
- Check your payment account.
- Contact your payment provider.
- Contact your bank or financial institution.

Lost Return Shipments
We recommend using a return shipping method that includes tracking.
Allurbag cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit when valid tracking information is not available.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused for reasons not caused by shipping damage, carrier error, or an error by Allurbag, the original shipping fee of $15.00 USD and any carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
